What is mobile mining, and how is JR Mining different?
In classic crypto mining, computers solve hard math problems: that means powerful hardware, a high power bill and heat. Apps that try this on a phone drain the battery, heat the device and earn next to nothing. JR Mining works differently: your phone only starts the session, and the work is done on our servers.

Sign up with Google, Apple or your email (confirm it with the link we send if you used email) and pick a username. Your mining starts on its own right then.

Do tasks, invite friends and build a team. Each one raises your tier, and with it your hourly rate; the rate breakdown shows every part.

Tasks: add to your tier every day
Tasks are short and simple, and each one adds to your tier. Daily tasks renew 24 hours after you do them, weekly ones after 7 days.

Slightly bigger goals like mining on several days of the week or inviting a friend.

Invite friends and earn a share of their mining
Everyone who joins with your invite code makes you mine faster. Your share is not taken from them; it comes on top.

A share of 20% of the JR they mine builds up in your reward pool.

The person who joins with your code gets 50 JR when they start mining. Once they finish 5 sessions, you get 50 JR and the person who invited you gets 10 JR.
Build a team and speed up together
Take up to 5 of the people you invited into your team. What your team does this week is added to your tier as a bonus next week.
Every member completes 3 sessions
Every member who completes 3 sessions in the week adds +0.01x to your next week.
At least 3 people bring an invite each
One of them must be you: if you bring at least 1 new invite and at least 2 of your team bring one each, another +3.00x is added.
With all tasks, next week+3.05x
A team counts from 2 members; the bonus starts on Monday and lasts a week.
Your badge multiplies your whole tier
The badge is the strongest multiplier of your mining rate. Get the Blue or Gold Badge with Premium and everything from tasks and your team is multiplied by the same amount.

Is JR Mining real crypto mining?
No, not in the classic sense. JR Mining is a mobile mining experience that does not use your phone's computing power: you start your session, JR is worked out on our servers and added to your account.
Is JR money? Can I sell it?
JR is currently an in-app point; it cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
Does mining drain my battery or heat my phone?
No. Your phone does no computing; even with the app closed, your session continues on our servers. Your battery and CPU are not affected.
Does mining stop when I close the app?
No. Once a session starts, JR keeps adding up for 24 hours with the app closed. When it ends you get a notification, and one tap starts the next one.
How much JR will I mine?
Your hourly rate is base rate × badge × (1 + tasks + team bonus). The base rate is now 0.125 JR per hour. Use the calculator on this page for an estimate that fits you.
Why does the mining rate drop over time?
Your own rate does not drop; as the number of users passes set milestones, the base rate halves for everyone. That is why those who start early mine faster.
How do invites work?
You get a 20% share of what the people you invite mine and a 10% share of what the people they invite mine; it is not taken from them. You also earn invite gifts.
Can I mine from the website?
Starting sessions, doing tasks and collecting rewards happen in the JrKripto app. Once you sign in, you can see your mining live on this page and in your profile.
Does JR Mining cost anything?
No, it is completely free. If you like, you can get the Blue or Gold Badge with Premium to multiply your rate, but you never have to pay to mine.
