Account Deletion

1. Deleting Your Account in the App

You can delete your JrKripto account and the data linked to it at any time, directly from the mobile app:

1. Open the JrKripto app and sign in to your account.
2. Tap the "More" tab in the bottom menu.
3. Scroll to the "Dangerous Area" section at the end of the page.
4. Tap "Delete Account".
5. Read and confirm the warning. Your account and data are deleted as soon as you confirm, and the action cannot be undone.

2. Requesting Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app (for example, you lost your device or uninstalled the app), you can also request deletion by email.

Send an email with the subject "Account Deletion Request" to info@jrkripto.com from the email address registered to your account. We verify your identity, complete the request within 30 days at the latest, and notify you once it is done.

3. Data That Is Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following:

• Your account details: first name, last name, email address, username and password
• Your profile photo and profile preferences
• Your chat data: the messages you sent, photos and videos, reactions, poll votes, group memberships and notification settings
• Your portfolio, transaction records and watchlists
• Your notification preferences and the device tokens stored for push notifications
• Your progress records in the education content

4. Limited Records We Keep

For security reasons and to meet our legal obligations, a few records are kept for a limited time after the account is deleted:

• Moderation action logs are kept with numeric identifiers only, without message content.
• Reports filed about you are deleted within 90 days after the review is completed.
• Transaction and security logs that we are required to keep by law are retained for the applicable legal period.

5. Deleting Your Data Without Deleting the Account

If you do not want to close your account and only want to delete the data you have built up in the app, use the "Reset Data" option:

1. Open the JrKripto app and sign in to your account.
2. Tap the "More" tab in the bottom menu.
3. Scroll to the "Dangerous Area" section at the end of the page.
4. Tap "Reset Data" and confirm.

If you cannot access the app, write to info@jrkripto.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We complete such requests within 30 days at the latest.

Data that is deleted: your portfolios and all transaction records, your watchlists, your chat messages and the photos and videos you shared, your reactions, poll votes and group memberships, your notification preferences and stored device tokens, and your progress records in the education content.

Data that is kept: your account stays open, so your first name, last name, email address, username and profile photo are preserved. The limited moderation and legal records described in section 4 continue to be kept for the same periods.
