Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) is a data structure that emerged as an alternative to blockchain technology. This structure consists of nodes that do not have loops and are directly or indirectly associated with each other. In the DAG, each node contains data and transaction information and is associated with other nodes. This structure increases parallel processing power, speeds up transaction confirmations and provides a more scalable network.
