Web1 (1.0)
The 1.0 era covers the early years of Bitcoin and generally focuses on the creation of the underlying blockchain technology and the exchange of information about digital assets by early users.
In the crypto market, the Web 1.0 era generally refers to the first phase that began with the emergence of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. During this period, a process began with the white paper published by Satoshi Nakamoto, the creator of Bitcoin, in 2008 and gained momentum with the creation of the Bitcoin network in 2009. During this period, cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology were still in their development phase and were known mostly among technical experts and early adopters. For this reason, while this period was called Web 1.0, with the developments and adoption in the following years, there was a transition to Web 2.0 and later periods.
