Roadmap

It is a guide created to determine the future goals, strategies and plans of a project or organization.

A roadmap determines the path a project will follow to achieve set goals and the steps required to achieve those goals. It usually details the process and stages from the beginning to the end of the project. The roadmap includes the project s purpose, strategy, key milestones, and planned activities to achieve these goals. This document helps the project team and stakeholders track project progress, manage resources, and identify key points to focus on throughout the project. The roadmap is often supported by graphs, tables and descriptions and can be updated throughout the project.
